Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, utilizing research skills to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional sales leaders, leveraging strong communication skills to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute joint campaigns and virtual/in-person events to drive demand generation, applying analytical mindset to optimize results.
  • Engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position Mphasis's solutions effectively, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Craft compelling narratives and high-level solution overviews to spark curiosity and interest in Mphasis offerings, ensuring a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying behavior.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems, utilizing analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics to track performance.
  • Track and report on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support account-based marketing strategies by tailoring outreach to specific enterprise accounts, demonstrating a strong understanding of AI-led services and digital transformation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in data analysis and market trends.
  • 3–6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology or ITES environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behavior, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, with experience using software to track performance and optimize results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
