Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business by building and maintaining strong relationships with government organizations, project managers, and design architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organizations, project management committees, and design architectures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with government organizations, project managers, and design architects to promote our products and services
  • Identifying prospective clients and mapping their requirements to conduct technical presentations for new customer acquisitions
  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research, product gaps, and influencer analysis to drive product penetration
  • Promoting blended cement in key projects and creating opportunities for high-contribution products
  • Providing solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs and conducting mix-design trials for product approvals across various projects and customers
  • Resolving quality complaints and optimizing concrete trials to retain customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure development or related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
