The Role of a CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and developing strategies to improve customer loyalty.

  • Experience in market segmentation and customer relationship management is essential.
  • You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales teams.
  • Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects are also required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is necessary.

As a CRM Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data and segmenting markets to develop effective solutions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing CRM project management and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions. You will ensure that interactions are data-driven and contribute to the company's overall customer retention and satisfaction goals.

This is a full-time remote role, and you will have the flexibility to work independently and remotely. Experience with CRM software and systems is highly desirable.
