Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Manager at our Palakkad office. This hybrid position requires working at least three days a week in the office and necessitates excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client employee health and benefits programs, analyzing plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to enhance benefits offerings, improve employee engagement, and optimize costs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on prospecting opportunities for new clients.
  • Work closely with other teams on Client RFP, Plan Renewal, and Implementation processes.
  • Coordinate project plans and presentations for specific client groups.
  • Develop and manage long- and short-range benefit strategies for clients.
  • Benchmark survey data for client plans and summarize reviewed information.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is an asset.
