Senior Risk Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager/AVP ALM Risk professional to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor liquidity and interest rate risk for the bank, identifying potential concerns and reporting them to management.
- Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns, monitoring key ratios against internal and regulatory limits and providing insightful analysis to management.
- Develop and maintain daily liquidity and ALM dashboards for circulation to senior management.
- Work on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems, enhancing current solutions through testing or providing functional inputs in developing new solutions.
- Maintain awareness of market and regulatory developments, best practices pertaining to ALM/balance sheet management, and ensure compliance with RBI policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate extensively with treasury, risk, IT, finance, and business teams, maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant banking experience.
- Strong understanding of ALM/balance sheet concepts, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
