Job Title: Senior Health Risk ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Senior Health Risk Manager. This is a hybrid position that requires working in the office for at least three days a week.Job Description

This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement organizational health risk management programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing implementation plans, defining roles and responsibilities, and selecting appropriate health management vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to design and implement comprehensive health risk management programs.
  • Vendor Selection and Management: Identify potential health management vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and effective advice and support.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in health risk management.
  • Business Development: Work with business development staff to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.

Requirements
