Technical Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at MNR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for.NET applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for.NET applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests related to.NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and fix software bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
  • Monitor application performance, identifying trends and potential issues proactively.
  • Assist in the implementation of application updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Participate in project-related activities, including system integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in.NET technologies and related tools, applying best practices to improve support processes.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a technical support role focused on.NET applications.
  • Strong knowledge of.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and database management concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with support tools and ticketing systems for issue tracking and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
