We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at MNR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for.NET applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for.NET applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests related to.NET technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and fix software bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
- Monitor application performance, identifying trends and potential issues proactively.
- Assist in the implementation of application updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Participate in project-related activities, including system integration, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in.NET technologies and related tools, applying best practices to improve support processes.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a technical support role focused on.NET applications.
- Strong knowledge of.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems for issue tracking and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
