About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze mainframe and ATM systems to identify and resolve technical issues
Provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Develop and maintain knowledge of mainframe and ATM systems, including hardware and software components

Requirements

Experience in mainframe and ATM systems, including hardware and software components
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
