Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to manage SEM, Facebook, and media buying campaigns, maximizing ROI and achieving volume objectives.

  • Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets.
  • Analyze creative performance by market, identify trends, and develop new creative options in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Manage internal resources or agencies to optimize spends and performance accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, developing innovative growth strategies.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills and data-driven marketing experience. Excellent communication and project management abilities are also required. Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies is essential.

Beyond technical requirements, our ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Market research skills to identify new opportunities would be advantageous.
