Job Title: Senior Marketing Operations Manager

The role of the Senior Marketing Operations Manager is to oversee and drive operational alignment across all marketing functions, ensuring awareness and adherence to milestones and deadlines. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between category teams and other marketing functions to implement integrated GTM strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage market-specific processes and calendars for sampling and GTM support within the Global EM framework.
- Manage local sample budget planning, tracking, and delivery, working closely with Category Management teams.
- Be a key business champion for ranging-related systems and processes, improving utilization and reporting through user training and process improvement.
- Ensure accurate and structured data analysis, working with IT and business stakeholders to provide efficient evaluation and decision-making capabilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Local GTM process development calendar completion.
- Sample management, sell-in, customer satisfaction, and data ownership metrics.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, creativity, confidence, and facilitation.
- Deep cross-functional process knowledge, with superior analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategy implementation and attention to detail are essential, along with project process management skills and a strong business sense.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; a passion for sports is desirable.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with at least 8 years of equivalent professional experience, preferably in operations, sales, or retail.
- Advanced user of MS Office suite products.
