Job Title: Program Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Program Supervisor to lead projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize project planning sessions.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Optimize processes and approach where necessary.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 8-11 years of program management experience.
  • Proficiency in German
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
