Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Workday Integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.

Your primary focus will be on analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware / software and database management. You will also provide direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools and information systems. Ensuring infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility is a key aspect of this position.

You will work closely with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group professionals to achieve goals and deliver tactical results. Your responsibilities may include recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that affect immediate organization(s), working on assignments of diverse scope where problem solving requires the analysis of data and a variety of relevant factors, and managing the coordination of activities for a discipline or department.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership role that requires experience in project management methodologies, HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems and processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, critical thinking skills and the ability to recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems.
  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or related field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems and processes.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
