Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Product Implementation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plans, maintain base versions, and obtain client approval as needed.
  • Set up communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements with the team and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project committed timelines.
  • Lead implementations entirely and close out on clients post-go-live, providing hand-holding support to the support team.
  • Generate Change Requests wherever applicable and genuinely try for additional revenues where it could benefit the client.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed project timelines, ensuring all objectives captured in Statements of Work (SOW) are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Ensure all supporting teams, such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams, are utilized as needed for any implementation according to agreement.
  • Engage in/contribute to a minimum of 3 process improvement initiatives that enable project delivery and seamless client support.
  • Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into Production.
  • Communicate with clients and management upfront about any mismatches in terms of client requirements that may impact project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress whenever management requests it.
  • Train self and team members on Implementation processes and client data validation.
  • Hands-on experience in Project Management using tools and activities such as project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFP, etc.
  • Good understanding of design & solution process is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects & restricting scope creep and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
