Regional Campus Placement Strategist

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in managing campus placements, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of fresher recruitment.
- Campus Partnerships: Establish relationships with regional corporates to drive opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
- Relationship Development: Engage with corporates to build and maintain strong connections with hiring teams.
- Industry Networking: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships.
- Employer Engagement: Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle, from JD sharing to offer rollouts.
- Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputable institute.
- Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students equally effectively.
- Process Orientation: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
- Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
