Lead Manager - Career Services and Placements

Job Role Overview:

This role involves building strong relationships with recruiters in the South region of India, managing corporate visits to our Mumbai campus, and overseeing the placement process for all programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain robust relationships with recruiters in the South region of India.
  • To track and manage corporate visits to our Mumbai campus effectively.
  • To collaborate closely with the campus placement team to manage the placement process for all programs.
  • To own the campus experience for both recruiters and students.
  • To meet targets set for the region.

Additional Institutional Duties:

  • To identify potential recruiters for corporate sponsorship of events on campus.
  • To provide local support for institutional events and activities.
  • To assist admission teams of various programmes at Hyderabad.
  • To support institution's marketing activities for full time programs.
  • To represent the institution as an Ambassador for Hyderabad Chapter Alumni Events.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism and competence in dealing with diverse individuals.
  • Able to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Proven Key Account Management expertise.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs effectively.
