Job Title: Career Services/ Placements Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our career services and placements efforts in the South region of India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with recruiters, tracking and managing corporate visits to the Mumbai campus, working closely with the campus placement team to manage the placement process of all programs, and owning the overall campus experience for both recruiters and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with recruiters in the South region of India.

  • Meet targets set for the region.

Other Institutional Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for corporate sponsorship of events on campus, providing local support for institutional events, supporting admission teams of various programs at Hyderabad, and supporting the institution's marketing activities for full-time programs.

Experience & Capabilities:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities, and high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals.
