We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Leader to spearhead the execution of Product Engineering/Platform Engineering projects and programs. As a key member of our team, you will drive a shared vision with clients, fostering a collaborative environment that yields outstanding results.

About the Role

This leadership position entails:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project roadmaps, coupled with well-defined release plans.
  • Maintaining a keen eye on building platforms that prioritize reusability, scalability, security, performance, and quality.
  • Fostering a cohesive approach among business teams (Product Owners, Product Managers & Business Architects) to achieve a unified vision and its prioritization.
  • Planning and scope prioritization of projects/programs, incorporating effective change management processes.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on planning Product Increments, Sprints, Tech Debt prioritization, etc.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the program duration.
  • Providing well-defined status reporting to all stakeholders at regular intervals, demonstrating delivery governance.
  • Ensuring independent reviews of deliverables to guarantee high-quality outcomes aligning with both technical and business value.
Core Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Hands-on experience executing Product/Platform engineering projects/programs on various cloud platforms.
  2. A strong background in Agile execution, preferably with experience in SaFE.
  3. The ability to define project/program governance and KPIs to measure continuous success of delivery.
  4. Good technical experience in Full Stack technologies, Quality Engineering, Experience Design, and DevOps practices.
  5. An extensive background in development and delivery of transactional systems in Retail & Consumer Services or Banking & Financial Services domains.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including internal, client, and third-party partners/vendors.
  7. Proficiency in planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
  8. The capacity to provide leadership and direction to Delivery teams, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
  9. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  10. Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Boards.
  11. The ability to build/recruit, train/up-skill, and supervise teams.
  12. Knowledge of developing and implementing quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
