Our team seeks a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our design function.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.

Key responsibilities include defining and owning the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints, and creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs, establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices, and manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Experience working with agile environments and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools is highly desirable.

A solid understanding of interaction design and excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential for success in this role.
