Job Title: Visionary Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative professional to lead our team's visual strategy on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across digital, offline, and motion design, with the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will conceptualize and design engaging digital assets, including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and presentations that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create compelling offline assets such as brochures, print ads, posters, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Develop innovative motion graphics for brand storytelling, campaign videos, and digital communication that captivate our audience.
  • Perform basic video editing to support promotional and campaign requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our overall brand narrative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all design outputs, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in designing both digital and offline assets, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative capabilities.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics and basic video editing, utilizing industry-standard software to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and other relevant tools, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
