Creative Leadership Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Art Director to spearhead our creative vision and shape the future of our brand.

This role involves conceptualizing and designing campaign ideas, branding, and content that drive results and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign work, as well as expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation basics. Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered creative tools for ideation, design, and productivity is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies across digital and offline platforms.
  • Mentor and lead junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to create integrated campaign ideas that deliver impactful results.
  • Ensure visual consistency across projects and maintain adherence to established brand guidelines.
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and poise.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry design trends, AI tools, and techniques, incorporating them into workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Monitor team productivity, ensuring timely project delivery, scope adherence, and contribution to overall team profitability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in design/advertising/digital agencies.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to balance creativity with business and brand objectives.
  • An understanding of resource management and the ability to drive team efficiency and profitability.
