ERP Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in leading and coordinating ERP projects offshore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

  • Act as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
  • Manage Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
