About this role

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our ERP project management activities, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, ensuring Data Integrity and Business Continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and password security.
  • Maintaining Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing processes.
  • Overseeing Technology risk management activities in ERP for Manufacturing processes.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • Configuring and validating critical fields for Manufacturing processes in Plant.
  • Integrating ERP with Government Portal API through master configuration and management.
  • Customizing Legal document output Forms (PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO) interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying and prioritizing user issues in daily business processes.
  • Developing MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Monitoring System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensuring ERP software is up-to-date with the latest builds for GST and TDS compliance.
  • Troubleshooting all technology issues.
  • Formulating strategies for effective ERP process function.
  • Managing and maintaining all ERP Business Processes.
  • Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP module upgrades.
  • Coordinating with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Building and managing a stable team through successful leadership.

Requirements:

A graduate from Technical or Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in ERP modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Pay roll and Personal).

Required Skills:

SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical Module RDF and DLD, Knowledge of tables and Field to access transactional data and Master data. Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Pay roll and Personal) with business process knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

Critical thinking, Analytical problem-solving, Action orientation, Continuous learning, Oral communication skills.
