Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to spearhead end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and drive strategic growth.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders to achieve project success.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements, delivering value to customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points, with expertise in multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification), with ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
