Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation and customization of our clients' enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering techno-functional consulting services to clients across various industries. Your ability to navigate complex business environments, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored solutions will be invaluable to our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption and utilization of ERP systems.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending targeted solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR modules.
  • Proficient in X++ coding and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR modules.
  • Experience in process digitization and cloud migration is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with ERP applications and business processes.
