Job Opportunity:

Our organization seeks to leverage the power of integrated solutions by migrating from a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to Zoho One, an all-encompassing platform within Zoho Books, Inventory, Creator, and associated applications.

The goal is to transition seamlessly and efficiently while ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, inventory management, cylinder tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data with accuracy and precision.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations tailored to our operational needs.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools as required.
  • Conduct thorough testing, provide training, and support team members during rollout.

Strong organizational and technical skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho apps, custom module development, workflow automation, and integration with third-party tools.

A successful implementation will not only streamline our operations but also enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
