Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role that involves leading a business unit, driving team performance to meet service level metrics and maintain accuracy. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and development to direct reports, ensuring quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements are met.

The position requires accountability for specific engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives, driving strategy for assigned portfolios
  • Driving transformation projects, implementing digital assets, standard methodologies, and benchmarking to improve processes
  • Effectively engaging with customers to understand and address pain points
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the operations team for goal delivery, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams
