Job Title: Senior Instrumentation EngineerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing instrumentation systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop design deliverables, including Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control systems, Specifications, Instrument Index and I/O List, Functional loop schematics, Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets, Installation drawings and Hook-ups, Inst. Location Lay outs, Cable Tray lay outs, Control room lay outs, Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX support etc.
  • Review and update P&IDs, 3D Models, IDR/IDC, Cable tray layouts, Equipment layouts, Instrumentation Layout
  • Conduct hands-on experience in design calculations, including Inst. Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Flow meter sizing, Safety valve sizing, Air and power consumption calculations, Thermowell Wake freq. calculations, UPS Sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable tray sizing, cable sizing
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards
  • Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification
