Job Title: Calibration Instrument Specialist - Training and Compliance Expert

Job Description:

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for calibration techniques, documentation practices, and compliance standards across various industries.

  1. Train participants on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  2. Guide preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  3. Ensure understanding and application of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  4. Develop modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  5. Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of calibration instruments: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • Expertise in cGMP, ISO 17025, and related compliance documentation.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive calibration practices.
