Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who understands the importance of aligning visual communication with user experience and brand strategy.

This role will involve creating compelling designs for digital and print media, including web layouts, marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visuals that communicate key messages and align with brand strategy
  • Develop and implement visual identity systems across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Evaluate and refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, CorelDRAW
  • UI/UX expertise including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems knowledge
  • Strong understanding of color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography
