We're seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to design captivating digital experiences that effectively communicate brand stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that harmonize with brand identity
  • Develop responsive web interfaces, micro-interactions, and visual communication systems using Framer
  • Transform brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams in our creative workspace
  • Design marketing materials, landing pages, and campaign visuals that drive conversions
Essential Skills:
  • UI Design mastery in Figma with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Framer expertise for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects for motion graphics)
  • Visual communication skills - ability to convey messages through design
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative ideation
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development
  • Understanding of branding, design systems, and visual hierarchy
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of UI design experience with a strong visual communication portfolio
  • Ability to translate brand messages into engaging digital interfaces
  • Thrives in on-site collaborative environments with direct team interaction
  • Portfolio showcases both static designs and interactive Framer projects
  • Confidently presents and defends design decisions to stakeholders
