We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator with expertise in managing large databases using Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, organize, and optimize large datasets in Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data handling processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve database performance to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Job Requirements
  1. Train team members on data management best practices to ensure consistency in data entry and extraction.
  2. Execute and oversee email marketing campaigns, managing responses and maintaining database updates.
  3. Coordinate operational logistics for projects and events to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Commerce, Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages, or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
