Senior Financial Leader Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead the accounts and finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Optimize cost structures, improve margins, and enhance profitability through strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance against business objectives and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Accounts Management & Reporting
  • Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and direct the accounting team's performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and relevant regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC filings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit completion within agreed timelines.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the manufacturing sector.
Treasury Management & Working Capital Optimization
  • Manage cash flows, banking relationships, and fund utilization efficiently.
  • Oversee working capital management, credit control, and debtor management to minimize costs.
  • Build strong relationships with banks and investors for fund raising and project financing opportunities.
Cost Control & Performance Analysis
  • Implement effective cost accounting systems and monitor production-related costs.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management for financial tracking.
  • Support business units with financial analysis to inform pricing and investment decisions.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team, focusing on skill development and high performance.
  • Establish robust internal controls and processes across the department.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
