Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

A forward-thinking and results-driven Chief Financial Officer is required to spearhead the finance and accounts function in a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the end-to-end accounting process (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Guarantee adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Develop and review comprehensive financial statements, management information reports, and budgets for senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management effectively.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in finance and accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
