Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our financial operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable and B2C revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and B2C revenue, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Owning the end-to-end AR/O2C process from start to finish.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Analysis and Reporting:
  • Implement effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt.
  • Identify any potential revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge the gaps.
Reporting KPIs:
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Publish dashboards for Management, including ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
Requirements:
  • Candidates excited to build strong automated processes are preferred.
  • CA with 4-6 years of work experience in a B2B setup is required.
  • Big4 experience is preferred.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
