Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to migrate automated test equipment (ATE) test programs to the NI STS platform. The primary responsibility will be to develop and migrate full test programs from various platforms to the target platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and migrate test programs to ensure seamless integration with the NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Work with various device types, including op-amps, converters, and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs).
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and maintain communication regarding project progress.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation.
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and ability to work with various hardware platforms.
  • Good coding and debugging/problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience with Teradyne and NI STS platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis SAS tools such as JMP.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages in addition to C++ and C#.
