Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in relationship management to join our team in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate or PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:- Acquire new PSU relationships through strategic partnership and business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products to drive revenue growth.
- Develop customized solutions for PSU clients aligned with their business and financial needs.
- Ensure credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all dealings.
- Build strong internal stakeholder collaboration with credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements:
Desired Qualifications:- MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
