Job Title: Solar EPC Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Review and Validation:
  • Review and validate consultant submissions, including drawings, designs, and engineering documents, to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with IEC/IS codes, MNRE, DISCOM, and CEA requirements.
  • Evaluate designs for constructability, safety, and long-term performance, verifying PVsyst reports, energy yield assessments, and equipment selection.
  • Approval and Coordination:
  • Provide timely technical approvals of consultant deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and statutory bodies for design clarifications and approvals.
  • Project Execution Support:
  • Guide project teams by clarifying design-related queries and monitor implementation to ensure adherence to approved designs.
  • Review as-built drawings and handover documentation.
  • Optimization and Risk Mitigation:
  • Identify design gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in consultant submissions, recommending value-engineering measures to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency in the final design.
  • Leadership and Teamwork:
  • Lead internal review meetings, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, execution, and quality teams.
