Job Opportunity: Purchase Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for a large-scale solar project. As part of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end procurement of solar components such as modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Cost and Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize purchase orders and contracts ensuring best commercial terms.
  • Material Coordination: Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements and track material delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of solar components and supply chain.
Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per month. Additionally, you will have opportunities to travel to vendor locations and project sites when required.
