Senior Technical Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead Software Engineer to spearhead our software development initiatives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of software developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations. They will mentor junior engineers, promote technical excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will contribute to shaping our technical vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and driving the adoption of industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineer position
  • Expert-level programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Golang, or other languages
  • Experience in developing tools or frameworks for testing complex microservices, client applications, and systems at scale
  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure, CI/CD toolchains, and ecosystems
  • Excellent understanding of databases and querying languages
  • Deep expertise in cloud ecosystems, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Familiarity with distributed architecture, unit testing, code coverage, object-oriented design, and code quality
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
