We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer II to lead our development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in software development, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or C++. They will also have experience working with Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms like AWS.
As a key member of our engineering team, the Software Development Engineer II will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance. They will work closely with senior leaders to drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions;
- Collaborating with senior engineers to develop technical roadmaps and strategic plans;
- Leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices;
- Mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills and capabilities;
- Participating in technical discussions to define technical requirements and specifications.
