Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a clear vision for the team's objectives and goals.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve and surpass customer expectations by leading by example.
  • Create an environment that fosters trust, open communication, creative thinking, and collaborative effort among team members.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration within the team.
  • Conduct thorough quality analyses of listings processed by moderators, ensuring team quality meets established benchmarks.
  • Keep Managers/Leaders informed about task progress, issues, and status updates.
  • Prioritize accelerating team performance.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business/organization objectives.
  • Be willing to contribute positively to the company's culture, mission, and vision.
