As a Performance Media Specialist, you will spearhead ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to drive results for clients and internal brands.
- Develop and execute paid ad strategies on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), and CPL.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns across diverse industries or verticals.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
- Background working in a creative/digital agency environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
