Role Overview

As a Performance Media Specialist, you will spearhead ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to drive results for clients and internal brands.

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), and CPL.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns across diverse industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Background working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
