Site Reliability Engineering Manager

This high-impact role will oversee a team of skilled professionals ensuring seamless operation of our technical infrastructure. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team towards operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance to the team, driving alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, including incident management, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex technical issues, working closely with senior leadership, Quality Assurance, and Product teams.
  • Develop and mentor team members, empowering growth in technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes, tools, and workflows, promoting efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve platform performance.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ Years of experience managing technical teams, preferably in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Strong background in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in remote and distributed environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative science field, or equivalent work experience.
