Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure.

The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Developing and monitoring automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-prem resources.
  • Monitoring system performance, analyzing trends, and implementing betterments to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implementing security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments.
  • Administering company SaaS platforms to ensure user productivity.
  • Collaborating with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Proven hands-on experience supporting Okta SSO Platform.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
