Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Network Infrastructure Specialist. This key member of our IT department will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and the Internet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Configure and manage network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related problems.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in network administration, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching, OSPF, BGP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with firewall technologies, load balancers, wireless networking, and DDI solutions.
  • Experience with NAC solutions, preferably Cisco ISE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions, such as VeloCloud or CISCO.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, A10 or F5 load balancers, Meraki wireless, and Infoblox DDI.
