**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring business continuity by providing comprehensive support across IT infrastructure, including end-user support, networking, servers, and IT systems.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Handle user requests and incidents via an IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
