Senior Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist

Are you an accomplished machine learning engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ML pipelines, leading efforts in model serving, versioning, automated CI/CD, and real-time monitoring of AI workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in building and optimizing GPU-backed serving infrastructure targeting low latency and high uptime.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing core MLOps pipelines for large-scale machine learning models.
  • Leading the implementation of model serving, versioning, and automated CI/CD processes.
  • Developing and maintaining observability stacks for real-time monitoring of AI workflows.
  • Collaborating with researchers, product teams, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Driving initiatives on model governance, automated drift detection, and data-management best practices.

Requirements:

  • 9–14 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 4 years in MLOps or ML infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Kubeflow, and MLflow.
  • Experience with inference frameworks (Triton, TensorFlow Serving, BentoML, TorchServe).
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building reliable, scalable ML systems in production.

Critical skills:

  • Vector DB integration.
  • Agent orchestration.
  • Multi-tenant security and RBAC.
  • Observability stacks.
  • CI/CD for FastAPI/NestJS services.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's/PhD in CS/AI and certifications such as AWS ML Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or CNCF CKA/CKAD.
