Job Description

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Floor Plan Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be adept at interpreting client needs via multiple communication channels. They will work closely with internal teams including Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality floor plans based on client specifications.

The role requires flexibility in working hours and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design and layout creation for floor plans
  • Drafting and tracing client-provided floor plans using specialized software
  • Requirement analysis: understanding and conceptualizing client requirements from various communication formats such as emails, calls (verbal/recorded), and project briefs
  • Project execution: completing all assigned projects within defined turnaround times, prioritizing tasks based on business needs, and keeping project coordinators updated
  • Quality assurance: ensuring accuracy and alignment of designs with received instructions for optimal client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 1–7 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with 3D software is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with any 3D editor tool is required
  • Experience with Blender is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus
