Executive Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Talent Acquisition Lead to drive innovative recruitment solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, talent pipeline development, and building strong relationships with business stakeholders.

The role involves spearheading end-to-end talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment, strategic workforce planning, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles, utilizing advanced sourcing methods and leveraging professional networks.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Drive executive search and headhunting initiatives, focusing on closing high-profile and niche roles within technology and manufacturing sectors.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs, particularly in AI, advanced technologies, and strategic business roles.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies, integrating insights from metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure seamless communication and partnership with stakeholders to manage expectations, deliver results, and foster a positive employer brand.
  • Candidate Experience: Oversee the screening process, first-round interviews, cultural assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure strong candidates progress through the hiring pipeline.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, and drive adoption of best practices in recruitment.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives contributing to employee engagement and positioning the organization as an employer of choice, enhancing its reputation in the market.
