Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned placement strategist to drive our campus recruitment initiatives, focusing on Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain corporate relationships to create opportunities for freshers across campuses and online programs
  • Cultivate strong connections with hiring teams to drive talent acquisition
  • Leverage recruiter networks to open new hiring partnerships
  • Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle – JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputable institution
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains is highly valued
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
